Stefanie again through her local knowledge identified some preferred providers of service, arranged for multiple quotes, and managed giving those providers access when needed allowing us the confidence we knew what the magnitude of the work was. She successfully and respectfully presented our offers to the sellers Broker and we felt each participant was as unstressed is as possible in a negotiation situation. Stefanie has continued to support us even after the close as we are getting ready to make the move from out of state to the Eldorado neighborhood.
